Libreville July 28, 2023-(dispatches 241). On Saturday July 23, 2023, an African judo championship took place in Madagascar. Fernand Nkero, one of the three Gabonese who took part in these games, came away with a gold medal in the -66kg junior category.
Fernand Nkero represented Gabon at the African Judo Championship last Saturday. The latter has raised our country to the top of Africa, once again winning the title of junior African champion in the -66Kg category.
A coronation acquired thanks to the talent and determination of the young judoka, who was already on the top step of the podium at the last Niamey Open in Niger. As a reminder, the young panther aged only 20 evolves in France.
