Want to dive into the world of chivalry a you Middle Ages for a weekend?
The tower of Termes d’Armagnac (Gers) organise Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 August 2023 the 13th edition of the medieval festivals of Termes. In total, 2 days of activities and near 90 speakers await you in the Tour de Termes d’Armagnac… which is none other than the last castle of the Counts of Armagnac in Occitania.
The wish with these festivals is to immerse visitors in the universe of the Middle Ages. As soon as you enter the site, you are totally immersed. confides Jérémy in charge of the organization.

Chivalry tournament, ax throwing, troubadours…
The medieval festivals of Termes offer you 2 days well filled between the visit of the camp of the Middle Ages, chivalry tournaments, traveling shows, the presence of blacksmiths, activities… Among them: introduction to ax throwing and archery.
You can also attend sword fights and troubadour concerts.
All activities are available Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is charged: €13 for adults, €10 for 13 to 18 year olds, job seekers, people with disabilities and €8 for 7 to 12 year olds.
A king’s evening
On Saturday 5 August, in the evening, you can take part in a lively medieval banquet. On the menu: boiled De Godefroy, espinoche pie, skewered wild boar and its Frese beans in soup, engulfed rice and bowsprit. To be part of the table, all you have to do is reserve your place on the website of the Tour de Termes d’Armagnac. Prices are €24 for adults and €20 for children.
On Sunday, no meal, but place to a concert of medieval music and song which will close the event.
