Aaron Donald considers himself in the best physical shape of his life
Los Angeles Rams manager Aaron Donald was unable to play much of last season with an ankle injury, but after his surgery and subsequent recovery, he feels he is at the best point of his life physically.
The reason given by the imposing defensive player is, in part, due to the regimen he maintains week after week, not only training, but also in his diet.
“I’m coming off ankle surgery this season, so I’m trying to keep my body in top shape by training from Monday to Friday and sometimes on Saturdays,” Donald explained to HauteLiving.com.
“I’m in the weight room, conditioning myself, making sure I’m able to move how I need to move. And honestly, I’m in the best shape of my life. I feel like my strength is where it needs to be. I try to stay away from fried foods, sugars and things that can cause inflammation, and eat lots of protein. If I eat certain bad things, I feel like I have to exercise. I’ve been doing it for so long that it’s already something mental. I grew up a chubby kid, and I try my best not to be that chubby kid again. I’m scared of that guy [porque] I like to take my shirt off and look good. So I try to make sure I’m healthy for football, but also for life, period. And right now, my body looks good.”
At 32 years old he got a SB ring, three Defensive of the Year awards and being one of the greatest defensives in history. Although he will be guaranteed a place in the Hall of Fame, this routine hopes to extend his career much longer at a very high level.

George Kittle suffers groin injury
The San Francisco 49ers began suffering various injuries as usual, but now a little before the start of the regular season. The most worrying is that of TE George Kittle.
According to HC Kyle Shanahan who spoke to reporters last Thursday, Kittle has a groin strain, while WR Ray-Ray McCloud has a broken wrist. The tight end’s injury will cause him to miss a week, but the receiver’s is expected to last longer.
McCloud will also need surgery to fix the problem and is expected to sit out about eight weeks, extending his absence several weeks after this season’s kickoff. If they decide to place him on injured reserve before the final cut, like right now, he’ll have to miss the entire year. But otherwise, his return could come four weeks after he was placed on injured reserve and past the cut to make the top 53 players.
Another problem to monitor is the injury to LB Dre Greenlaw, considered key in their defense. The veteran did not finish the session due to a hamstring injury. Same type of injury DE Drake Jackson is suffering from right now.

Maxx Crosby is fed up with not qualifying for the playoffs with the Raiders
DE Maxx Crosby first entered the NFL in 2019, when the Raiders took him in the fourth round of the Draft. Since then, his team has only qualified for the playoffs (2021); Crosby didn’t look bad then, with six tackles, a pair of QB hits and a sack against the Bengals in the Wild Card round.
However, it is clear that he is not happy that it is his only experience in these instances. On Thursday he spoke of his almost obsessive desire to finally move on with this organization, knowing that his best years are slipping through his fingers.
“You know, for me, I’m only concerned with the present. I’m worried about getting better today and then tomorrow when I get there, I’m worried about that,” Crosby said. in his press conference. “Every day I come here I think about winning. I don’t do this year to come and not make the playoffs… I’m sick of that crap. And I want to keep winning.”
“I want to go back to the playoffs. I want to be in Cincinnati, visiting in a hostile environment… that’s why I play this sport. That’s why I work like I work. I come here and do this all year. And, like I said, I want to win championships. I want to be on top of the game. I want to be number one, regardless of my position. But I work for it every day.”
“So, yeah, I’m excited about this organization. I love all the people here. And I’m really trying to be the best version of myself and lead by example.”

Crosby has the right to demand more because he is one of the few on the Raiders delivering excellent season after season. In his first four years he has 37.5 sacks; as well as leading the NFL with 22 tackles from behind the line of scrimmage last year.
On the other hand, HC Josh McDaniels comes from commanding one of the worst years in memory of this franchise. Although there are now players encouraging him to reverse the situation, like Crosby, it is very easy to foresee that the locker room will turn against him with more lousy results from him.

Leonard Floyd Names Bills Front Seven “Best Group I’ve Been In”
LB Leonard Floyd was former teammates with Aaron Donald and LB Khalil Mack, but considers the Buffalo Bills’ front seven the best he’s been in in his career.
“This is the best group I’ve ever been with, I can trust them when they’re in the game,” Floyd said. “They know football. I’ve been on teams where I couldn’t really trust the guy behind me, and I had to play like the whole game. Being around these guys, I know that with the rotation everyone is competing, everyone is going to eat.”
He later added: “It is the first time that I am surrounded by a group of players in which we can rotate and they all bring the A1 mentality and you can trust them. Yes, it’s the first time I’m with that. On my other teams, everything depended on me. He didn’t really believe in the player behind him. I like that. He keeps you cool.”
He also ensures that the arrival of QB Aaron Rodgers to the Jets keeps them excited this year, as it will allow them to go after him defensively when they face him this year.

New Bills stadium exceeds construction budget
Three months after the construction of the new Buffalo Bills stadium began, they are already facing an excess of costs in their budget that amounts to up to 300 million USD
