The Council of Ministers, according to what we learn, approved the decree containing measures against the juvenile crime.
There would be no restriction on minors’ access to porn sites in the decree approved by the Council of Ministers. According to what has been learned, the rule desired by Minister Roccella would not have been part of the provision.
It will be easier for minors to end up in prison: the approved decree lowers the sentence threshold from 9 to 6 years which allows for the application of the measure of pre-trial detention. In the text, however, there is no lowering of the age for imputability.
