Under the command of coach Fernando Diniz, the team returns to the field on Wednesday next week (27/09), for the first leg of the Conmebol Libertadores semifinal. The clash, against Internacional, will be at 9:30 pm, at Maracanã.

FIRST TIME
Fluminense started the match with a lot of passing, looking for spaces to create plays. In the 9th minute, Keno came quickly, stole the ball on the left wing and drove it to the edge of the small area, but was intercepted by the opposing goalkeeper. In the next move, Cano received it from Keno inside the area and tried to head it, but it was ruled offside.

At 17 minutes, Tricolor had another chance to open the scoring. Keno crossed to Cano on the left, who dominated and shot straight at the post. Flu continued to look for opportunities and, in the 24th minute, Alexsander received the pass on the corner of the penalty area, dribbled past two defenders and shot at the goal, but it missed the post.

SECOND TIME
Fluminense came into danger for the first time in the second half in the 10th minute, when Keno started from midfield and risked a shot from outside the area, which was saved by the goalkeeper. At 16, Diogo Barbosa passed to Lima, who shot across goal, requiring another save.

Tricolor increased the pressure and, in the 21st minute, Léo Fernandez scored his first goal for the club, opening the scoring with a beautiful free kick. Minutes later, the Uruguayan got the better of the dispute on the right of the penalty area and left the space for John Kennedy, who made the cross for Keno to finish, but the goalkeeper kept the ball.
