Cindy Crawford has opened up about her marriage to Richard Gere.
During his new documentary series on Apple TV+, The Super Modelsthe 57-year-old star spoke about her past relationship with the actor Pretty Woman, now aged 74. “At the beginning of a relationship, when you’re a young woman, you say to yourself: ‘You like baseball? I like baseball. Do you really like Tibetan Buddhism? I might like that. I’ll try it,'” declared the top model, in reference to the religious practice of Richard Gere.

Cindy Crawford, who was 22 when she met the comedian, added: “You’re willing to adapt to the person you’re in love with.” The couple married in Las Vegas in 1991. They announced their separation three years later.
“He was older, so I was in a different circle, and I wasn’t doing the same fashion-related things anymore,” the model said.
Cindy Crawford had already spoken about this short-lived marriage to the magazine Porter in 2015, explaining that she and the actor Just Married (or almost) “didn’t spend enough time together.”
The model then married her current husband, Rande Gerber, in 1998. They have two children, Kaia, 22, and Presley, 24. Richard Gere is married to Spanish advertising executive Alejandra Silva. The couple said “I do” in 2018.
