Lille FC Unveils Fourth Jersey in Homage to City’s Symbolic Goddess

The northern club unveiled a fourth jersey this Wednesday in homage to one of the symbols of its city: the Goddess, who sits on the Grand Place. This tunic with a street art connotation was presented by the former Lille coach, Vahid Halilhodzic.

Back in the European Cup this season, Lille is having fun and releasing not three but four different jerseys for 2023-24, for the first time in the history of the northern club.

This latest Mastiff tunic was unveiled this Wednesday. “Homage to the most iconic of Lille squares”, this jersey is mainly blue, with a very street art spirit. It reveals the famous Goddess, in pink, symbol of the Grand Place.

Coach of Lille between 1998 and 2002, Vahid Halilhodzic appears in the presentation video of this limited series as a “Lille legend”. Eleventh in Ligue 1, Lille will travel to Le Havre on Sunday at 3 p.m.
