The behavior that is punished is a public incitement to violence, hostility or discrimination against individuals or groups for racist, xenophobic reasons, sexual orientation or disability, among others,” explains the magistrate in ‘Everything is a lie’.
Joaquim Bosch clarifies that hate crime is a protection measure aimed at vulnerable groupshistorically discriminated against, and clarifies that “The jurisprudence has indicated that not even political parties enter there.“, neither the head of state, nor state officials.”
