Grigor Dimitrov, seeded No. 2, secured the dream final in Brisbane against top seed Holger Rune.
The Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov went into the semi-final match at the ATP 250 tournament in Brisbane with a 1-1 record against Jordan Thompson from Australia. In the first round, the 32-year-old made the only break in the sixth game and served out the score at 5:3, fending off a break chance from his opponent to win the first round.

In the second act, both players held serve until 5:5, before Dimitrov was able to take the service from his opponent for the second time in the match and then ended the encounter on his own serve without losing a point at 6:3, 7:5 after 1:45 hours .
In the dream final, Dimitrov, who is ranked No. 2, will meet the top seeded Dane Holger Rune.
