The first installment of the “Professional Baseball Spirits” series, “Professional Baseball Spirits 2004”, was released for PlayStation 2 in 2004, and this year marks the 20th anniversary. To commemorate this anniversary, it has been decided that the latest work in the series, “Professional Baseball Spirits 2024-2025,” will be released.
This work is equipped with the next-generation baseball engine, eBaseball Engine, which not only reproduces the various motions of the players, but also uses stereophonic sound to create a highly immersive gameplay experience. Laser scanning measurements were taken to recreate stadiums such as Kyocera Dome Osaka and ZOZO Marine Stadium. A teaser trailer and official page were released along with the release announcement.
