Recently, in Nîmes-Garons, the judo championship of the Eastern zone of the Occitanie region was organized, in the junior category. The US Tourbes Judo was represented by four judokas accompanied by their teacher, Sébastien Garrigues.
Among the girls, in the under 36 kg category, Ambre Leroy finished second. At the same time, in under 40 kg, Léonie Laget ranked third and in the under 48 kg category, Mahé Mori finished fifth. All three are qualified for the Occitanie grand final which will take place in Mèze.
Among the boys, Samuel Berg placed third in his category. It is therefore a very good overall performance from the youngest players who have brought honor to the club and enhanced the image of Tourbes.
