College Football 25: EA offers $600 to each athlete
You know that controversy where some players sued EA for not being paid to be in FIFA, which ultimately resulted in generic names on Brazilian teams a few years ago? The company wants to avoid this in College Football 25. Therefore, it is offering compensation to college athletes in the game.
The company is in contact with all schools and has offered a contract to each player. They can receive US$600 and a copy of the game if they wish to have their names and faces in the game, or they can simply decline the offer. If they choose not to sign, they will be replaced by fictional characters. Find out more here.
