We stream live from our YouTube channel. If you can’t watch live, the published video can be viewed later in re-live on our channel. All videos are published on our YouTube channel. We will also share the best hits on our social media channels. If you wish, we can also link you there. By purchasing a Personal Live Break, you automatically agree to these publications. Your personal data will not be published for data protection reasons.

CONTENT OF THE PRODUCTS
We have no idea what is in the trading card products, so it is possible that you won’t get a hit. The manufacturers are responsible for the contents of the boxes.

SHIPMENT
After the break, we will send you ALL your cards. Depending on the value of the individual cards, they will be packaged and sent in card sleeves, top loaders or magnet holders to provide protection.

REFUNDS
A PERSONAL BREAK CAN BE CANCELLED FREE OF CHARGE UP TO ONE DAY BEFORE THE LIVE BREAK. AFTER THAT, CANCELLATION IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE. FURTHERMORE, RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED – A PERSONAL LIVE BREAK PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED!
