Zulia was in fourth position in the general table of the National Judo held in Caracas over the weekend
The judo and cycling disciplines of Zulia won 16 places for the National Youth Sports Games in the respective qualifiers held this weekend in Caracas and Valencia respectively.
In judo, #TalentoSportivo athletes, Marielys Duno (-78 kgs) and Jeslenny Baletrini (+78 kgs) were crowned in their categories, both with gold medals and their direct place at the highest national sports event. For his part, Yuslerny Perozo (-44 kgs) also did the same and won a bronze medal.
On the part of the male representatives, Samuel Leal, achieved classification after finishing in seventh position in the -66 kilograms.
While in the general table Zulia was in fourth position.
Cycling
The blue and black representation managed to get 12 places for cycling in the great national event in November distributed among six male and six female representatives.
