The finals of the Italian Judo Championships category B A1 Beginners took place yesterday in Jesolo
«Being present meant being among the strongest in Italy… and we were there!
We thank our boys who gave us great emotions and kept us glued to the screen of our tablets following the matches live throughout the day.
We bring home “only” a seventh place, that of our Duc Tai Groe, in what is the non plus ultra of Judo tournaments at a national level.
Thanks also to the athletes Domina Maritato and Loris Cristiano who kept the name of the “Sport Academy” gym high and represented Cosenza well in this competition and in all those that followed during the sporting year.
Always remember that “the path begins with giving and continues with being together to grow and progress” (Jigoro Khano) and this is the meaning of everything.
Let’s keep working for next year.
