Jannik Sinner is obviously one of the favourites for this 2024 edition of Wimbledon as world number one but will have to be wary of defending champion Carlos Alcaraz, who has beaten him several times in Grand Slams.
In an interview with The Times, he spoke about his defeats at the US Open and Roland Garros against Carlos Alcaraz.
“I cried after losing to Carlos at the US Open, and also a little bit at Roland Garros. There are always moments when you feel emotions that you don’t want to experience in the locker room, sometimes on transport or even alone in a hotel room. It means you are interested in this sport. It means you want to reach this level.”said the world number one.
