The series follows women of different ages, backgrounds and origins on their journey to participating in the Olympic Games. The six-part documentary series shows how they overcome both sporting challenges and their personal conflicts.

After a successful first season, Generation F accompanies national soccer player Lena Oberdorf, kitesurfer Leonie Meyer, boxer Lena Büchner, swimmer Elena Semechin, the German women’s rowing quadruple sculls and B-girl Jilou in the second season. They now have a common goal: the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
