Laurent Blanc new coach of Benzema and Kanté at Al-Ittihad

The French coach has been appointed new coach of the Saudi club where Karim Benzema and Ngolo Kanté play.

Laurent Blanc, former coach of the French national team (2010-2012), who played for the Girondins de Bordeaux, PSG and Olympique Lyonnais, has signed for the Saudi club Al-Ittihad, the club announced on its social networks.

This is the second time he will coach in the Gulf after a first adventure of two years in Qatar at Al-Rayyan (2020-2022). He will meet two stars of French football there, Ngolo Kanté and Karim Benzema.
