The draw for the first qualifying round of the TOTO KNVB Cup season 2024/’25 has been made. 64 amateur clubs were paired by Timo Reessink, head of competition professional football at the KNVB, and Jelle Vliek of FC De Bilt, which reached the semi-finals of the district cup West I last season.
Of the twelve Second Division teams, eight teams were exempted from participating in the first qualifying round of the TOTO KNVB Cup (Barendrecht, AFC, GVVV, Kon. HFC, HHC Hardenberg, Rijnsburgse Boys, ACV, RKAV Volendam). The remaining four teams from the Second Division were paired with the other sixty participants (36 from the Third Division and 24 from the 2023/’24 district cup).
The 32 matches in the first qualifying round of the TOTO KNVB Cup will be played on Tuesday 3 or Wednesday 4 September. The draw for the second qualifying round will follow.
