LIBCI has recently announced the composition of the Qualifying Groups of the Coppa Italia, a competition that will characterize the second part of the BXC competitive season, after the long summer break.
There will be 4 groups (3 of 3 teams and one of 2, composed based on the championship position), all scheduled for Sunday 8 September with 7 inning games.
The groups will be composed as follows (the group location is in brackets):
GROUP A (MALNATE)
GROUP B (BERGAMO)
GROUP C (ROME)
GROUP D (MILAN)

4th (LIGHTNING MILAN)

5a (THURPOS CAGLIARI)
At the end of the day, the winning teams of the groups will qualify for the Final Four of the Coppa Italia, the organization of which has been assigned to Bologna (at the “Leoni” field in Casteldebole), where on Sunday 15 September the Semi-finals and Final will be played, which will determine who will succeed Leonessa Brescia in the Roll of Honour of the tournament.
The LIBCI has also decided that the 2024 All-Star Game and Home Run Derby will be held in Sesto Fiorentino on Sunday, October 13.
