The competition took place on September 28 and 29 in Ardin (Deux-Sèvres). The Mâconnais did better than defend themselves!
The Compagnie des Archers Mâconnais sent two teams selected thanks to their individual results during the 2024 season.
Their national ranking placed them in 18th place for the men’s team and at 11th place for the mixed team. Thanks to their cohesion and their desire to “not give up”, the men’s team ultimately rose to 10thmissing access to the 1/4 final by one arrow
Congratulations to Mickaël Nevers (straight bow), Adrien Magnien (bare bow) and Evan Garnier (compound bow / free throw) without forgetting Adeline coach of this great team which will aim for a top 4 for the 2025 edition.
This was followed by the mixed doubles championship where again our team in the free arch category was able to mobilize to stay in the top 10 and finish 9th (2 points from the “cut” allowing them to reach the quarter-final). Here too, this result allows us to envisage a 2025 season in the top 4.
