ELECTIVE GENERAL MEETING
The Elective General Assembly of the Pau Judo-Club Béarnais for the <a href="http://www.archysport.com/2024/04/french-judo-team-seeks-success-at-european-championships-in-croatia/” title=”French Judo Team Seeks Success at European Championships in Croatia”>2024-2028 Olympiad will take place on Wednesday October 30, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., at the Club’s headquarters, at the following address: Stade du Hameau-Boulevard de l’ Aviation in PAU. The general assembly is made up of all active members of the association who are up to date with contributions. Any active member who is at least 16 years old on the day of the election, has been a member of the association for more than 6 months and is up to date with his contributions is a voter. In order for members under 16 to be represented, one parent (or legal representative) per child under 16 is also eligible to vote. Voting by proxy is authorized. Powers of attorney are available at the club secretariat for any representation.
The members of the steering committee are elected by secret ballot by the general assembly for a period of 4 years; they are re-electable. Any active member who is at least 16 years old on the day of the election, has been a member for more than 6 months and is up to date with their contributions is eligible to join the steering committee. Applications must reach the Association no later than October 22.
