Hoffenheim is an exciting club with a lot to offer Potential and youth work that has been outstanding for years. I can absolutely identify with the special path of the TSG, which, among other things, provides strong access to the professional field “, getting to know the staff and all other employees of the club,” said Schicker, commenting on his decision to join TSG.
As the new Sports Director, Schicker will be supported in the future by Frank Kramer, who will take on the position of Director of Sports and act as a link between TSG’s own academy and the Hoffenheim professionals. The former Schalke coach was previously head of youth development.
