NBA = Green announces retirement as 3-time NBA champion | Reuters

[10th (Reuters)]- Danny Green (37), a three-time NBA champion, announced his retirement on the 10th.

Green was selected by the Cavaliers in the second round of the 2009 draft and played 15 seasons with six teams: the Spurs, Raptors, Lakers, 76ers and Grizzlies.

He averaged 8.7 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game during his career, winning NBA championships with the Spurs in 2014, the Raptors in 2019, and the Lakers in 2020. His total of 1,892 successful 3-point shots in the regular season and postseason is 32nd in NBA history.

“I’m officially retiring from the NBA and the game of basketball. It’s been a great journey. I’m very proud to be able to retire from basketball. My heart is at peace,” Green said on the podcast.
