Fitness exercise: High five in side plank

Requirement: The modification of the classic side plank is twice as much fun with a partner. So persuade one of your life companions. Before or after brushing your teeth, you can give yourself a high five in the side plank.

This is how it works: Lie on your sides about half a meter apart. The person you are talking to reflects your posture: If you are lying on your right arm, the person you are talking to is lying on their left. Now support yourself with your forearm directly under your shoulder so that your body only touches the ground with your feet and your forearm. When you have both built up body tension, give each other a high five with your top hand, keep your palms together and push each other away with your hand. For example, you first push your hand forward, then your partner slowly moves her hand backwards. Then reverse, similar to one-arm push-ups.
