Wednesday October 2, 2024, the new president of the archery section of the ACSB, Sylvie Borget, as well as the coach Alain Brunet, invited elected officials and municipal employees to thank them for the various development work carried out since the creation of the club in 2022. And in particular for the reception of the latest developments with the covering of the shooting range and the parking on the Tête-Noire field.
Part of these developments, in particular those carried out at the Raoul-Janvoie gymnasium and more particularly the earthworks on the outdoor grounds of Tête-Noire, represent a cost of €5,117 to which must be added the purchase of supplies with the wood for the creation of targets, for an amount of €13,719, or a total cost of €18,836, financed by the municipality.
To practice in good conditions
The construction and assembly of the different targets were carried out by members of the archery section. The materials for the construction of the shooting range cost €1,100, subsidized to the tune of €1,000 by the ACSB omnisports.
During this evening, the deputy mayor, Nicolas Thomas, as well as the president of the ACSB omnisports, congratulated and encouraged the members of the archery section team for the creation of these installations which have allowed the club to operate in good conditions.
Within a few months, the bases of the fence to secure the exterior land should emerge from the ground.
