Even next year, motorsport fans can look forward to plenty of attractive spectacles at the Mostec autodrome. The season will be kicked off by the World Championship of Superbikes, which almost 60,000 spectators did not miss this year. Instead of the previous holiday date, this time it will go from 16 to 18 May 2025also for the reason that the race is not unnecessarily close to the competition weekend of the MotoGP series, which is returning to Brno after several years.

“We wanted to meet the fans, for whom July will be full of motorcycle events not only in the Czech Republic. We chose the May date with traditional domestic events in mind, and we believe that it will be a great start to the season,” said Josef Zajíček, general manager of the Mostek autodrome, upon unveiling the news.

Another pleasant novelty is the unified entrance fee for all visitors, who can get anywhere with a ticket, including the paddock and racing asphalt. In addition, the one-day ticket was reduced from 1,500 to 1,100 CZK, children under 15 have free entry to the event.

Part of the WorldSBK race weekend will also be Thursday’s run on the track for the public.

25 million investment

The Mosteck Autodrome also confirms that it will invest twenty-five million crowns in the modernization of the entire area before the start of the next season. The aim of the innovations is to improve the comfort and experience of visitors, but also increased safety on the track.

For example, there will be a completely new sound system for the spectator slope or the modernization of parking fee technology for faster and more convenient check-in. In addition, it is planned to repair the surface of the track in the most exposed corners, in order to maintain the top quality of the asphalt. New safety barriers will be installed, a new generation of LED panels will be installed as a signal to riders, but more modern camera system software for sports commissioners will also be installed.

Autodrom Most comes out of its own free will to accommodate households in the immediate vicinity of the circuit, the track will now be open until six o’clock in the evening at the latest.

However, this season will not only be about superbikes. On the last holiday weekend (August 29 to 31, 2025), fans can go to another now-traditional event, the Czech Truck Prix accompanied by the European NASCAR series. This year they will be supplemented by two more series – Triumph Competition & British GT and Super Sixties. Even fans of older pieces will find their own way.

Together with his team, Zajíček plans to continue the successful veteran event Czech Oldtimer Express in 2025. Its third year will take place at the beginning of May and five stages and more than 2,000 km across Germany, Switzerland and France await fifty Czech veterans, with the entire event culminating in Cannes on the French Riviera.
