After a busy season with training courses, competitions, the interclub meeting won against the Fumel/Libos and Laroque clubs and an ever-increasing number of licensees (104), the Saint-Sylvestre Judo club returned to the school year. In this positive dynamic, come and try this sport which can be practiced from the age of 3 and which allows you to channel your energy, have self-confidence, accept others, work on your attention, increase your physical abilities, and have fun and to play while respecting the rules but also to learn to fall and get up again. In summary, come on their tatami mats (or come back) to have a good time in a pleasant family atmosphere with the advice of Professor Damien Renoux. You can find them at the New Year’s Eve dojo for judo but also for self-defense on Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., Baby Judo (3/6 years) from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., confirmed (7/10 years old) from 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., teenagers (11/14 years old) from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., adult judo from 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Jujitsu and self-defense. Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Baby Judo (3/6 years), from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. confirmed and adults. You will be entitled to 3 free trials and don’t forget your medical certificates authorizing this practice to be provided within the month of registration.
