Just for participating, Each of the tennis players will pocket a prize of 1.6 million euros. For its part, the champion will earn around 5.5 million euros. The tournament has not announced the amounts of the intermediate rounds, so, at least, 15.5 million euros will be distributed among the big six.
The Six King Slam, despite being an exhibition tournament, has been placed as the one that distributes the biggest prize on the world tennis sceneahead of the 4.4 million euros that the Masters Cup champion takes home.

The new tournament is just one more step in the Middle East’s commitment to increasing its presence in sport, specifically, in tennis. In fact, the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) is drawing up its growth plan relying on Saudi capital.
“We have all the support we need,” explained Marina Storti, executive director of WTA Ventures, in mid-July. “All the ingredients; to the right people and we have some of the most well-known and inspiring female athletes; “Everything is a matter of execution,” the directive concluded.

The PIF officially entered tennis in February, after closing an agreement with the ATP to become an official sponsor of the ATP men’s ranking with the aim of accelerating the growth of tennis.
