The indoor season restarts in archery and how sports programs start competitions.
The company <a href="https://www.archysport.com/2022/07/archery-bernalda-protagonists-are-the-boys-of-the-archers-club-lido/" title="Archery, Bernalda protagonists are the boys of the Archers Club Lido”>Archers Club Lido has planned a series of participations in competitions and events both in the region and outside.
The temporary calendar for now, pending the publications for 2025, was drawn up by the company technicians Poerio Pierà Edoardo and Demasi Pasquale (responsible for the youth technical sector) who as the first appointment of the season have included the Bernalda, the first profit on the calendar indoors.
The trip to Lucania, in Bernalda, brings the Catanzaro Lido Team five podiums, all GOLD.
Indeed those who climbed to the top step of the podium were:
- Poerio Pierà Anastasia in the Junior Women’s compound,
- Fabio Ludovica in the compound feminine girls,
- Poerio Pierà Edoardo in the master bare bow,
- the rookie Sgotto Sofia in his first ever race in the Olimpico Juniores and Francesco Poerio Pierà in the Olimpico Juniores.
The latter scores a very respectable score, in fact the young Francesco with 50 tens and 10 nines scores a very respectable 590 points, with the race partials of 297 in the first session and 293 in the second.
The team, welcomed by the archers Bernalda di Leo Bernini and Marcello Silletti, found themselves at home, in the words of Mister Poerio Pierà Edoardo, who adds that it is also a pleasure to meet up with friends from Lucania, in particular Luciano Spera to whom they are linked by old friendship and the always welcoming regional president Nicola Taddei who really makes us feel at home.
The coach also thanks those who accompany the boys to the away games, Gulia Sabrina and Maurizio Sgotto, who, although registered with us, will follow the boys in matches even outside the region.

“We would like to express our thanks to those who trust us: Tech4grenn and Salvo Scuto who, like the Semaforo Sila and Villa Marinella team, have made it possible to create the new uniforms, to Gillo Gold Medal for the excellent materials provided to Francesco and Christian Striuli with GAS PRO for the supply of Francesco’s competition flights which found the right balance for an equipment that allowed the young archer to best interpret the competition day.
Now, we have other appointments on the calendar which will be interspersed with technical breaks for finishing and sports preparation.”
