The new coach Luca Da Ros speaks

Luca Da Ros, recently coach of Pallacanestro Carignano: how is he getting on with the team?
The group is slowly cementing itself and we are finding a common and shared way of attacking and defending together, which we are still working on. I really like the intensity we keep during training and above all I like the right balance between senior players, with more experience, and younger players. The desire to be together grows and I believe there is no better basis for starting.

What are the seasonal goals?
As I told the team, the objective is to achieve the best possible result, moving from individual and team improvement. We certainly want to avoid the play-outs and we want to maintain the category, but at the same time we are with our feet on the ground since we still have no idea of the real level of the championship, given the numerous relegations from DR1. For a season like this, with many changes, the biggest goal is to be able to create a group of players who want to play and be together for the next few years, here in Carignano.
