CREMONA – It’s called ‘NBA of the 80s – The five legends’ the exhibition that will be inaugurated, Friday 18 October at 11.30amin the classrooms of the Cremona campusCatholic University of the Sacred Heartin via Bissolati 74.
For the occasion, the former wagon warehouse on the Santa Monica campus will be enriched by 58 vintage photossome of which are unique and very rare. They will represent the salient moments of those years that made the history of NBAthanks to five players who have become legendary: <a href="https://www.archysport.com/2022/01/january-13-1999-michael-jordan-announces-his-second-sports-retirement-nba/" title="January 13, 1999, Michael Jordan announces his second sports retirement | NBA”>Larry Bird, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan e Julius Erving.
The photos were made available by Giorgio Gandolfialready a journalist and sent, in those years, to the United States by the magazine Basketball giants.
Until October 26the exhibition will be open to everyone, from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. all 6.30 p.mSaturday from 9.30 a.m. all 6.30 p.m and on Sunday from 14.30 all 18.30.
This will be aabsolute preview of the exhibition that will take place in Bresciadal October 29th to November 6th.

L’initiative is organized with the collaboration of Rotary Club of Brescia and Manerbioof the Photographic group from Bagnolo Mellafrom the Giorgio Gandolfi Agency and with the patronage of Municipality of Cremona.
L’event is also in collaboration with Vanoli Basket Cremona, Ferraroni Juvi Cremona, Sansebasket and Cremona Pink.
L’exposure will end with athis is beneficialin presence and via webinar, of the photographs exhibited, at the MO.CA of Bresciawhere all proceeds will be donated to baskininclusive basketball born in Cremona and now spread throughout Italy and many European countries.
