On Saturday, October 19, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Riera Park in Cangas de Onís will be the setting for a unique day where attendees will be able to experience the excitement of Archery. This activity is part of the Valkyrie Project, organized by the Asturceltas Arqueros Club, whose mission is to support people with silent diseases and women with breast cancer through sport.
The Valkyrie Project seeks to offer an experience of disconnection through sport, creating a pleasant and fun environment. Participants will be able to experience the sensation of shooting an arrow and hitting the target, while contributing to a noble cause. All proceeds raised during the event will be used to purchase sports equipment to continue this initiative in Eastern Asturias.
On this occasion, the guests of honor will be the Rosa Palo Cangas collective, who, through their constant struggle and work, represent strength and hope in the battle against breast cancer.
