The procedure will look like this

In practice, the procedure should look like this: Step 1: the referee stops the match. If you have experienced racist abuse, use the gesture against racism (arms crossed on the chest) and the referee will stop the match,” they wrote and continued.
The second step is for the referee to send the teams back to the locker room. “If the racist behavior continues after the game has restarted, the referee will stop the game and order both teams/teams to return to the dressing rooms. The third step is for the referee to stop the match. If the racist behavior continues during the break, the match will be permanently interrupted,” said HNS.
