LeBron Jamesleader of Los Angeles Lakerspublished the photo of a scorpion that he found in the shower of his hotel in Phoenix, where he is to play a preseason game against the Suns and expressed his relief at having avoided a dangerous sting.

“The scorpion tried to reach me when I was getting out of the shower. Luckily, I was walking looking down and saw him move. Welcome to Arizona,” LeBron wrote on his Instagram account.
James, 39, is in Phoenix with the Lakers to play the penultimate preseason friendly before the start of the NBA regular season.
