This weekend, sport returns to La Rinconada, with multiple stages, with clubs that are beginning their competition and others that are already reaching cruising speed. Important duels for teams with the goal of being as high as possible.

As far as football is concerned, San José will be the first to play their match. It will be on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. at the Felipe del Valle against the Torreblanca of the former corner coach, José Antonio Lara. For the match, in which the Azulinos want to rediscover victory after the setback in Mairena, Juan Carlos Menudo could recover Pitero, already wearing the mask to protect his fracture of the nasal septum. Also to David López, absent due to work problems from Nuevo San Bartolomé. The one who will not be there yet will be Álvaro Pérez. Despite the defeat, Menudo is not expected to make many changes to Mairena’s team.

A quarter of an hour later, at the Nuevo Ramos Yerga, Rinconada receives a surprising Puebla, which is at the top of the table with ten points. It will be a difficult duel, but Raúl Carmona’s men start as favorites and, at home, they do not want to let any more points slip away. Regarding the lineup, Manu Cordero has been permanently dropped due to work problems, Selu is speeding up his recovery and the club is awaiting the progress of Bellido and Manu Gallardo, who finished the game against Estrella limping. Edu de la Hera could return to the squad, in which Josemi could also make his debut.

In women’s soccer, Fernando Corona’s San José receives Felipe del Valle and Bormujos on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. in the Annex, which precedes them in the table with one more point than the Cañameras. A victory would elevate the blue team to the middle of the table.

Regarding indoor soccer, Cañamera Futsal visits the El Rubio municipal pavilion to face the Sierra Sur team. It will be at 6:35 p.m. on Saturday. In Tercera, the first to take to the court will be San José FS, which visits the Pino Montano pavilion in the capital of Seville to face Los más Pitufos. Tres Calles plays at the La Villa Pavilion with Guillena FS. Finally, the Cantillana subsidiary hosts Cantillana at the Fernando Martín on Sunday at 7:00 p.m.

In the multi-sports field, the journey begins in the Rinconada Badminton Honor Division, which debuts, due to being seeded, on day two, hosting Arjonilla at the Fernando Martín, which has just lost 0-7 in its debut against Oviedo. However, Antonio Molina’s pupils do not want any type of confidence and will put their best players and some of the signings they have made this season into the fray. The duel takes place at 11:30 on Sunday.

San José Handball also debuts in the Primera Andaluza, which this year, with Mario Gargut on the bench, hopes to take the step it was missing to get into the promotion Play Offs. After the last stretch of last season, it seemed that the members of the squad, young people from the quarry who had to take charge of the team after the loss of many of the heavyweights of recent years, have already matured enough and are prepared to face the challenge of fighting with the best. The first obstacle will be a classic of the category, Balonmano Jerez, which will visit the Fernando Martín on Saturday at 6:00 p.m.

Also playing this weekend at the Carmen Laffón is CTM San José, which will play its second game of the season after the defeat, on the same stage, against Ayamonte (2-4). On this occasion, on Saturday at 5:00 p.m., they will face Híspalis TM.

The last of the local clubs in contention, the Ansan La Vega Baloncesto Group, advanced their match to last Wednesday and achieved their second victory of the season against Claret (64-58), after a complicated duel that, in different phases, pressed excessively. Antonio Acuña has taken the baton from Luis Burguillo, who acts as the entity’s base and, for now, the team is doing well. Kelsy, with 15 points and a PIR of 10, was the best of the game.

Finally, this weekend the Villa de La Rinconada Andalucía Top TRR Sub 13 and Sub 17 badminton will be held on Saturday at the Fernando Martín.
