Sunrockers Shibuya is selected from over 850 apps developed on the app platform “Yappli” provided by Yappli Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yasufumi Ibara). We are pleased to announce that the official Sunrockers Shibuya app has been selected for the “BEST PRACTICE APPS 2024” award, which awards the best apps based on multiple criteria such as functional utilization, original measures, and effectiveness.
This is the first award for an official professional basketball team app.

■“Sunrockers Shibuya Official App”
This is an app developed for fans of the B.LEAGUE professional basketball team “Sunrockers Shibuya”.
We are creating empathy and a sense of unity between fans and the team on the app, such as by conducting player popularity votes and quickly implementing a “like” feature on articles.
In addition, the “Arena Mode” available at the match venue has content exclusive to the match venue. This system has been well received as a measure to create and spread empathy between fans and the team.

■About Sunrockers Shibuya
A club that belongs to the professional basketball league B.LEAGUE B1 and whose hometown is Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
The historic corporate basketball club “Hitachi Sunrockers”, which is based on the “Hitachi Headquarters Basketball Club” established in 1935, became the best professional basketball league as “Sunrockers Shibuya” with the launch of B.LEAGUE in 2016. Participated in Takamine’s B1 league.
From 2022, the club will become a member of the SEGA SAMMY Group and will work together to win the league’s first championship.
