During the October Fair in Foggia, which will be held from today to 20 October, the final phase of the “Game in Capitanata” project will take place, financed by the national Game UPI program. Promoted by the Union of Italian Provinces and supported by the national fund for youth policies, the GAME UPI program aims to promote social well-being and inclusion through recreational and sporting activities in 23 Italian provinces, including that of Foggia. In recent months, the project has involved young people aged between 18 and 35, offering them exciting and meaningful experiences. During the event, new events will be organized to promote gaming and sport.
Today the “Game in Capitanata” project includes the following events: at 10 am a workshop entitled “Sports Work” will be held, organized by the National Association of Labor Consultants of Foggia, partner of the project;
At 11.30am “Game Chef” will take place, a cooking contest featuring the students of the Mattei Institute of Vieste and the Einaudi Institute of Foggia, supported by the children of the Marta and Aurora communities of the Pie Operaie Institute of San Giuseppe of Foggia.
During today and tomorrow, the Einstein Institute of Cerignola, with its students, will be engaged in sports promotion and social integration activities with performances of Judo, Karate, Kickboxing, Fencing, Orienteering, Dance, Figure Skating, Gymnastics Artistic, Chess, Table Tennis, Badminton.
