NBA: Victory for the Raptors in their last preparatory game

Scottie Barnes scored 21 points on Friday and the Toronto Raptors concluded their preseason schedule by beating the Brooklyn Nets 116-112.

The Raptors star also grabbed six rebounds.

The Raptors have won three of their five preseason games.

Toronto held a 12-point lead after three quarters before letting Brooklyn close in the fourth.

Ochai Agbaji scored 16 points, Jakob Poeltl had 14 points and eight rebounds, Grady Dick had 12 points and six rebounds and Immanuel Quickley provided nine points and 10 assists.

Used for only 11 minutes, Montrealer Chris Boucher still scored 10 points.

Cameron Johnson led the Nets with 32 points.

The Raptors will host the Cleveland Cavaliers next Wednesday to kick off their regular schedule.
