Boca Juniors forward Edinson Cavani compared his performances to those of exceptional football players.
“To be honest, I don’t consider myself a football genius. Geniuses are Messi, Neymar, Ronaldinho and Maradona. I am a diligent player who hones my skills. I have a thirst for goals, I always strive for fame and self-improvement. The sacrifices pay off,” Cavani was quoted as saying by ESPN.
The Uruguayan footballer has been playing for Boca Juniors since the summer of 2023. During this period, he took part in 44 matches in all tournaments, in which he scored 20 goals. According to information provided on the Transfermarkt portal, the footballer’s market value is € 1 million.
