Paris won the Betclic Elite Ile-de-France derby at the expense of Nanterre (102-86) to join Asvel in the lead although the latter bit the dust for the first time of the season in Chalon, after three overtimes (109-107 ).

Defeated during its inaugural Betclic Elite match at Gravelines-Dunkerque, Paris used this failure to launch its 2024/25 season which subsequently took on the appearance of a potential champion’s journey. This Sunday at the Accor Arena, the capital club won the Ile-de-France derby against Nanterre with a score of 102-86 on the occasion of the 5th lifting. Monaco regains its splendor

As for the other meeting of the day, it was the scene of a second success in a row for Monaco against Cholet (89-72). MVP of the match, the American Jordan Loyd did not miss any of his shots, signing a splendid 12/12, including four long distance shots. Thanks to his 24 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists, he replaced the Roca Team in 7th place in Betclic Elite, with only one victory behind the first four in the championship. A timely revival of form, four days before Paris hosts the Euroleague for a remake of the last Betclic Elite final.
