The Ravens (5-2) were down 10-0 after one quarter, before cruising to their fifth straight win.

The NFL’s Most Valuable Player in 2019 and 2023, Jackson improved his record to 23-1 against NL teams. That includes a 3-0 performance against the Bucs (4-3).

Mike Evans of the Buccaneers caught a 100e touchdown pass in the NFL early in the first quarter, before leaving with a rear thigh injury.

At the end of the match, his teammate Chris Godwin left in a cart following an injury to his left ankle. Godwin leads the team with 576 receiving yards this season. Jackson had touchdown passes of nine and four yards to Mark Andrews.

He also added 18 points to the board thanks to profitable catches from Rashod Bateman (49 yards), Justice Hill (18) and Derrick Henry (11).

Bateman caught four passes, totaling 121 yards. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey got the Ravens going again with two interceptions in the second quarter. He injured his knee during the second larceny, not returning to the match afterward. Baker Mayfield had 370 air yards, with three touchdown passes and two interceptions.

It was the Buccaneers’ first home game since the heavy damage caused by Hurricane Milton in the Tampa area. The team trained for four days in New Orleans and then beat the Saints 51-27 on October 13.
