Importance of throwing movements/throwing and catching (overhand –
privately)
= When a student does not have a well-coordinated throwing movement,
this hinders the development of rotations in the (overhand).e) succeed.
Often the stroke is unnaturally shortened and the movement stiff.
To achieve the necessary precision in terms of impact resistance and the necessary power
developing in function of attack power is temporary or in an initial learning phase de
flexibility more important than acquiring rotations in the
succeed.
