GAVORRANO – The Nippon Bu-Do Gavorrano judo sector sports association is proposing for November, the month of the International Day against Gender Violence, a promotion aimed at all women residing in the municipality of Gavorrano aged 14 and over.
The personal defense course will be conducted by the qualified technicians Csen, Andrea Bigozzi and Luca Tronconi.
«The will of the association – they explain from Nippon Bu-Do – is to enhance sociality and promote the best use of personal energies, as key principles in the practice of judo beyond its sporting and competitive importance to which the public is accustomed by observing our athletes compete at the Olympics recently held in Paris.”
Free participation is also offered to Gavorrano municipal police officers.
Lessons take place every Monday and Wednesday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at the association’s headquarters in Piazza del Popolo, 1 in Bagno di Gavorrano.
Participants are only required to pay 5 euros for the Csen membership for adequate sports insurance coverage in the month of free attendance.
