Punches and slaps to a 54-year-old from whom 100 euros were robbed
The carabinieri of the Palazzolo Acreide station (Syracuse) arrested two young people aged 21 and 19 for group sexual violence, robbery and personal injury committed against a 54-year-old woman.
The arrest order for the crime suspect was issued by the Prosecutor’s Office which coordinated the investigative activities conducted by the Carabinieri after the complaint from the victim who reported having suffered violence from the two young residents of Palazzolo Acreide.
From the reconstruction of the facts – say the investigators – also carried out thanks to the meticulous analysis of the data extrapolated from the video surveillance images, it emerged that the two, acquaintances of the victim, after having gone to his house on the pretext of consuming beers together and making company since the house was dark as it was temporarily without electricity, they attempted a sexual approach. When the woman refused, the 21-year-old attacked the victim with punches and slaps, causing injuries judged to be healable in 30 days. The 19-year-old allegedly witnessed the violence by recording a video with his mobile phone. Before fleeing, the two stole 100 euros from the bag. The 21-year-old was taken to the “Cavadonna” prison in Syracuse and the other suspect is under house arrest.
