Saturday October 12, the Departmental Judo Committee (CD Judo 47) organized its first arbitration stage of the season at the Agen Stadium. More than 134 participants gathered.

This stage was a real success: good working atmosphere and active participation of the trainees. The three speakers, very professional, are to be congratulated: Matthieu Mingo, head of the arbitration commission, Alain Archambeau, in charge of the sports commissioners and Albert Dechbery for the training of young officials.

The objectives of the course were clear: to allow officials to perfect their skills, to understand recent developments in the rules and even to discover the basics of refereeing for new recruits. Each group was able to work according to their level and needs, whether to deepen technical knowledge or discover refereeing. The feedback was very satisfactory from the referees, sports commissioners and young officials who will thus be well prepared for future competitions.

CD Judo 47 welcomes this great collective dynamic, further proof of the commitment of the entire Lot-et-Garonne judo community and is already looking towards its next meeting set for November 16 for the 3rd National Kata Open – Crédit Agricole d’Aquitaine. A major event of the season to which the public is invited to come in large numbers to the Agen Stadium.
