Marcilly-en-Villette. Back to basics for designer Topher. The manga artist Christophe Cointault, alias Topher, came to meet the judokas of COSM Judo, the club in which he practiced as a child.
A drawing in each child’s book
Nice meeting between the club’s judokas and the mangaka, who came to present his latest work Hajime tracing the life of multiple Olympic champion Teddy Riner. The young judokas from Marcilly were able to ask the artist many questions about his profession, and also about his memories of judoka in Marcilly.
A long signing session followed this exchange, Topher keen to make a drawing on each child’s book, books that the children were able to acquire at a low price thanks to the participation of the club and the Fertésian bookstore La Tasse d’encre .
Once after the signing session, Topher had the pleasure of rediscovering the sensations of sport, by joining the course of the most advanced judokas.
