The substitutions of Leon Goretzka, Leroy Sané, Kingsley Coman and Jamal Musiala failed to have the desired effect, Bayern went down in Barcelona and lost 4-1. It is already the second defeat in the third game of the new Champions League season.
“It was a clear defeat. We will learn from this game. I had the feeling in the first half that we could win. It’s best to do the deep analysis in peace, with some distance. The Munich team are only in 23rd place in the table and are under a lot of pressure to qualify directly for the round of 16. The next opponents are Benfica Lisbon and Paris St. Germain.
