TKO acquires three companies from its parent company Endeavor.
In a press release published this Thursday TKO Group announced that it had acquired the companies On Location, IMG and Professional Bull Rider (PBR) from its parent company Endeavor. A transaction that transitions certain companies from Endeavor to TKO, two companies of which Ari Emanuel is CEO, with the aim of preparing Endeavor to become a private company.
On Location is a company that offers VIP experiences around no less than 1,200 sporting events including the NFL SuperBowl, the NCAA Final Four and of course many WWE shows including WrestleMania.
IMG, for its part, produces and broadcasts content on the theme of sport, manages the media rights of numerous brands in this field and offers digital services as well as event management. Its clients include WWE, UFC, but also the NFL and NHL.
PBR (Professional Bull Rider) is the most surprising of companies since it is a… rodeo championship. Based in Texas, PBR is the largest global organization of its kind with events organized in the United States, Canada, Brazil and Australia, and counts in its ranks more than 800 rodeo practitioners.
