The NFL‘s Denver Broncos reported this Thursday that Josh Reynolds, their 29-year-old receiver, is fine after suffering two injuries during a shooting outside a nightclub.
“Josh Reynolds was the victim of a shooting last Friday in Denver and was treated for minor injuries. “Out of respect for the legal process, we will leave comments on this matter in the hands of the authorities,” the team said in a statement this Thursday.
According to police in Denver, Colorado, Reynolds and another man were located early Friday morning, near South Quebec Street and East Union Avenue, after responding to 911 calls requesting support for a shooting outside a nightclub where both victims were.
The recipient was treated at a local hospital phearing wounds on the left arm and neckalthough none serious confirmed the team.
This week the player was present on the sidelines of the Broncos training camp without participating in practices.
Police reports confirmed that two men have already been arrested in connection with the incident.although the details and reasons for the attack have not been released.
